Hatty: Ok, I used to BE someone...had a great career all lined up..went to school to be a Paramedic, got hired by Toronto EMS and them my body had other plans. How tough is that not to have an "about me bio" huh?...tricky at dinner parties where you need to justify your existence on this planet.."and what do you do?" I typically answer "The laundry...and quite well I might add"... Just because you don't work, doesn't mean that I'm not an interesting person to talk to...or does it? You tell me... I used to be funny, thinner, more relaxed, actually interesting to listen to, happier, more active, less bitter oh..yea..ok..you get the idea. I have Crohn's Disease, Retractable Pyoderma Gangrenosum and am an insulin dependant Diabetic...I live with an ileostomy, a cupboard with more wound care aupplies than clothes and various and sundry sharp objects that I inevitably hurt myself with daily. Oh...did I mention I love Diane?...and my dog Ozzie...they along with some (ok.,,that'll make y'all crazy) family members and a few friends keep me on this earth...
